However, it is recommended that you carry some documentation to identify yourself in case it is necessary. If your ticket has a discount or special rate, be sure to bring the relevant document proving your condition.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2- How do I get to the Palace of Versailles?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Palace of Versailles is well connected to Paris and can be easily visited by public transport or by car.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Train: RER C to Versailles Ch\u00e2teau-Rive Gauche. A 5 min walk from the palace. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Car: About 40 min from Paris. Paid parking at Place d&#8217;Armes, in front of the main entrance. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bus: Line 171 from Pont de S\u00e8vres to Versailles-Place d&#8217;Armes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The complex has several entrance areas, depending on the part of the palace or gardens you wish to visit.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Main entrance: Cour d&#8217;Honneur (access from Place d&#8217;Armes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gardens: side entrance from Place d&#8217;Armes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trianon and Domaine de Marie-Antoinette: access within the park, about 20-30 minutes walk from the main palace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3- Can I bring the tickets in digital format?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, no problem. You can bring your tickets in any digital format as long as they are official tickets and are legible.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4- Do children need tickets?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, don&#8217;t forget to include them in your reservation because everyone needs to present their ticket to access the park. Without a ticket you will be denied access to the monument.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5- Can I modify or cancel my tickets?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each product has its own cancellation and exchange policy.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6- Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No, as stated in Law 3\/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of November 16. As it is well indicated in its article 103, regarding the exceptions to the right of withdrawal: <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">l) The provision of lodging services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7- In case of making a reservation with AUDIO GUIDE<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the monument you visit, you will pick up the audio guide at the monument&#8217;s ticket office or you will receive credentials with your tickets to use it in app format. Most monuments offer the audio guide in app format, so be sure to bring a smartphone with enough battery and space to install and use the app during the visit.
