Admission to the Musée d’Orsay with the audioguide app

About the Musée d’Orsay

The Musée d’Orsay, located in a former train station on the banks of the Seine, is a reference of the art of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Its architecture combines the splendor of the Belle Époque with the modernity of a museum that houses paintings, sculptures and decorative objects. Visiting it allows you to immerse yourself in the history of French art and contemplate how the techniques and styles that marked an era were transformed.

What to see during the visit

During the audioguide tour, you will see Impressionist and Post-Impressionist masterpieces by artists such as Monet, Renoir, Degas and Van Gogh. There will also be sculptures, photographs and decorative art pieces reflecting the artistic diversity of the era. Each room reveals stories, techniques and curiosities that make the visit a complete and enriching cultural experience.

“Art does not reproduce the visible, but makes visible what is not always visible.” – Paul Klee
