1- What documentation do I need to access the monument?

The Musée d’Orsay requires you to present a valid ID card or a current passport together with your tickets. If your ticket includes any discount or special rate, make sure you bring the relevant document that proves your eligibility

2- How do I get to the Orsay Museum?

The Musée d’Orsay is located at Esplanade Valéry Giscard d’Estaing, 75007 Paris. It sits right on the banks of the Seine, very close to top areas such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Tuileries Gardens, so it’s also easy to reach on foot if you’re already in the city centre.

You can also get there easily by public transport.

l) The provision of lodging services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.

7- In case of making a reservation with AUDIO GUIDE

Depending on the monument you visit, you will pick up the audio guide at the monument’s ticket office or you will receive credentials with your tickets to use it in app format. Most monuments offer the audioguide in app format, so make sure you have carry a smartphone with sufficient battery and space to install and use the application during the visit. We recommend that you bring your own headphones.
